Their comprehensive services include financial assistance, transportation arrangements to VA medical facilities, and aiding in the application process for VA benefits. Funded by Summit
County residents, they serve as a vital link between veterans and the VA system. Although distinct from the VA, their trained staff possess expertise across all facets of VA benefits, acting as dedicated liaisons to guide veterans through complex systems and optimize their entitlements.
